He lost to current UFC light heavy weight champion, Forrest Griffin in the semi finals. On the night of the finale, he won a unanimous decision against Bobby Southworth. Southworth was considered to be the best light heavy weight on the show by Chuck Liddell, Randy Couture, and UFC president, Dana White. Since the season one finale, Hoger has participated in several UFC events. In his first fight since the show's conclusion, at Ultimate Fight Night he faced Stephan Bonnar and lost a unanimous decision. He later faced Jeff Newton at UFC 56, winning the match by submitting Newton with a rear naked choke. In his next match at Ultimate Fight Night 4, he lost to The Ultimate Fighter season two competitors Rashad Evans by a split decision. Hoger's last match in the UFC was against Lyoto Machida in which he lost by decision as well. Hoger now lives in Houston , Texas and is running the Miletich Fighting Systems Houston.

Dave Herman :
Dave "Pee Wee" Herman 24yrs. 6'5 240lbs. 12-0-0 pro MMA (3-0 ProElite). No opponent has ever gone the distance with Herman and only one has survived the first round! Often referred to as a genetic freak, Herman may have more raw talent than any athlete in the sport. Dave is from Ft. Wayne , IN. and is currently living in Bloomington , Indiana . He wrestled collegiately at Indiana University where he was ranked as high as #7 in the nation. Huge upside, unrivaled potential and "future of the sport' would best describe this exciting heavyweight!

Rodrigo Pinheiro :
Native of Manaus Brazil , Rodrigo has trained under Royler Gracie, and received his black belt under 6-time World Champion, Saulo Ribeiro. Hailing from Gracie Humaita, Rodrigo holds a number of titles and has participated in a remarkable number of tournaments around the world including, the World BJJ Championship, the Brazil National Championship and the BJJ Pan-American Games. Rodrigo is a 3-time Pan American Champion, a 5-time Brazilian National Champion and winner of the Brazilian Championship in Submission Grappling. For the past year, Rodrigo has worked diligently to become a complete MMA fighter. Vigorous daily training routines include boxing and muay thai under MMA veteran, Pete Spratt. New to the scene and fighting at 185lbs, Rodrigo has three professional MMA fights and boasts an undefeated record of 3-0.

Dave Phillips :
Always the journeymen, Dave Phillips has trained in all of the world's mma hotbeds including Brazil , Canada , Russia , Thailand , and the U.S. A black belt under 6 th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Pedro Saur, Phillips is no stranger to the ground. During his stint in Brazil, he was even accepted into the famous Chute Boxe Academy, where he trained with former Chute Boxe superstars Wanderlei Silva, Murilio Ninja Rua, Muricio Shogun Rua, Assuerio Silva, and current UFC middleweight champion, Anderson "The Spider" Silva. It was this partnership that brought Dave to Canada . While still living in Brazil , Dave was introduced to mma and Vale Tudo legend, Jose Pele Landi-Jons. Together they would travel to Russia and eventually make their way to Canada . The two journeymen where quickly welcome by Canada 's own Bill Mahood and Kultar "The Black Mamba" Gill. Having surrounded himself with current or former champions from such organizations as the UFC, PrideFC, bodogFIGHT, and eliteXC has served Dave well as he is ready to meet another black belt in the cage. This will mark the first time two legitimate black belts have competed against each other in Texas . It is sure to be a war!

Diego Brandao Ceara :
Since coming to the U.S. from Brazil , Diego has continued his winning streak that started back in his home country. Ceara is now 9-3 in his pro career with all wins coming by way of knockout. Do not be deceived by Diego's record, he is also an accomplished Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner and recently received his purple belt under Saulo Ribeiro black belt, Rodrigo Pinheiro. Combine this with his training under UFC vet Pete Spratt and you have a very dangerous lightweight.

The Jackson Twins, Mike and Ken :
Money was tight in the Jackson house. The twins gravitated to sports that didn't cost much money. They excelled in track and wrestling, even going to state throughout high school. In 2003, with a little financial help from their grandmother, Mike and Ken began training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu at Titan Jiu-Jitsu. After a few years at Titan, the twins began training under Carlsos Machado black belt, Joe Walker at High Planes Jiu-Jitsu. Recently receiving their brown belts under Machado himself, the twins are tearing up the local competition. Mike recently beat mma prodigy Ryan Larson of Austin and Ken won the absolute division at the recent NAGA tournament in Dallas , beating two black belts and three brown belts in under a minute per match, to take the division. This will mark the first time that twins have fought on the same card in Texas . Both are amazing athletes and are looking forward to November 22 nd .

Doors will open at 6:00 pm and the first fight is scheduled to start at 8:00 pm. Tickets start at just $25 and can be purchased online at kingofkombat.com or at local area venders such as Hooters, Tao Video, Boxing Bros. Gym, or XFC Training Center/Team Grappler's Domain.
